We have chosen to believe that this is a pivotal year for us. And also, that we have picked up many bad habits over the past few years. Well, there is no better time to start forming new habits than now, in the present. While compiling this list, we realised that we were both determined to work towards establishing a healthier lifestyle. After all, health is gold!
What are some habits you plan to form in 2017? Tell us about it! 1. Limit unhealthy food intake to twice a week 2. Drink 3 litres of water daily 3. Make the bed a mobile-free zone 4. Eat a fruit daily 5. Restart daily pilates/yoga routine 6. Form a sleeping schedule, ie. sleep at 1am and wake up at 8am 7. Complete a book every fortnight - With Love, Min+Jia.
